The Secret

The guardians were on the earth plain when I found them... yes I knew they had been looking for me since the 'mage' told them about me and my power... I wasn't as strong as some of their other opponents, but I didn't have to be I had possession of a special item an item that would make all my enemies my closest 'friends' I was now the master of the horn of hypnos in the past if you destroyed the horn it would disappear and reappear in another place and no one would find it for months or even years... But I was different I was able to discover a long lost secret... this secret was that if the spell of the horn was broken the horn itself would remain with the one who blew it at the victim. But the key to this 'secret' was you had to be the rightful 'bearer' of the horn some how I knew this was me the horn came to me I didn't have to 'find' it like in days gone by... I knew they would come for me and they did, but not in the way I thought the fools would come. They came one at a time to 'stop' me foolish... Hay Lin was the first she thought if she played the 'tune' that broke the spell she would be safe too late did she realize this time would be different and sooner or later the other Guardians will fine out too later as well….
